Making Peace With The Mirror.

“Mirror, mirror on the wall,” we often begin in fairytales, seeking external validation. But what if the truest reflection we seek lies not in a magical pane of glass, but within ourselves? The self-compassion you cultivate through mirror work becomes the fertile ground where your authentic self can flourish.
