They say parallel Universe(s) exist.

They are basically our own creation.

Our dreams, our emotions, our feelings, our love, our world.

The World we build up within us.

It very much exists.

Somewhere in the Ether.

And we get it’s glimpses every now and again.

….a phone call from a friend, just when we think of them.

….a song that reminds of something and we absorb in its feeling.

…..a dream that takes us to a place we had built within long ago.

….a person who looks like grandpa and smiles from a distance.

…..a scent like grandma.

A story comes to mind.

Story of a Little Girl.

A little girl and Christmas.

Once upon a time, there was a little girl. She believed.

She believed in the sun the moon the stars.

She believed in the universe.

She believed in the cosmos.

She believed in the World.

But mostly she believed in herself.

Then one day Christmas came. And with it the spirit.

Christmas spirit.

She learnt that they call him Santa.

Or so she believed.

And then it all started.

The magic of Christmas.

Every Christmas she met this guy, they called him Santa.

So she did too.

She wondered who he was.

This guy who came around like clockwork.

Come Christmas, he was just there. For her.

He found her wherever she went.

He found her at home.

He found her in school.

He found her at her grandparents.

She could be anywhere in the world and she knew he would find her.

That was the bond they shared.

One fine evening though, things took a turn.

Her mom opened up to the bitter truth. “Sweetie, Santa is only in your heart. Let him stay there. But don’t ask for gifts. He might not always be around.”

She was disillusioned.

Her inner World fell apart. How was that possible? He was so good at finding her!!! Then why would he not be around?!

She lost her belief in him. She was so angry.

She did not know what to think? None of it made sense.

He was always there. He always had the best gifts! Why???

Why would he not be around?????

She removed him from his memories!

She scratched out all their conversations!!!!

None of that was true???!!!

Why??!!!!

Why would he not be around????

That evening her parents took her to dinner. But she felt empty.

The Christmas Spirit was gone, along with her Santa!

Why??!!!

Why would he not be around???

And….

Just like that….

Santa showed up to their table. Out of the blue.

Big Giant Santa.

He came Bearing gifts.

He came Bearing love.

He came Bearing affection.

And…

Just like that….

The Christmas spirit was back!

And just like that….

She was back with her Santa.

Parallel Universe(s) do exist.

If you have the courage to Believe.
